My work is therapist-informed and shaped not only by clinical training, but by my lived experience as a working mother, trying to hold it all together. I understand how dysregulation shows up in real life; in the mental load, the constant demands, and the pressure to keep going even when your system is overwhelmed. This perspective allows me to offer support that is both compassionate and practical, helping you build steadiness in a way that fits into your actual day-to-day life.
